A group can become a member band by sending $100 in support of the BRC mission and agenda. Bands must be Black-led or co-led (songwriting and direction) and must submit a promotional package with CD or tape for review. And, if you are down for life, please consider becoming a lifetime member. For a one-time fee of $250, you will be treated to extra-special swag and party invitations.
